The ball screw assembly comprises a shaft, a nut, and BK12/BF12 support sides. The ball reverser is made of quality steel, which stands up to wear and tear and meet high load capacity requirements.
Precise Grade C7
The CNC router part is of accuracy grade C7 with bearing fits less than 0.03 mm so that the actuator rod doesn't wiggle so much when operating.
Smooth Operation
The ball assembly acts as the nut, while the threaded shaft is the screw. In contrast, it yields higher mechanical efficiency than traditional Acme alternatives.
Low Friction
