      Ich habe das Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet in meinem Desktop-PC auf einer Ryzen-CPU eingesetzt, weil ich eine dauerhafte, wartungsarme Lösung gesucht habe – und das Ergebnis ist ziemlich überzeugend.Positives:Sehr sauber in der Anwendung – kein Schmieren, kein Überschuss, kein Nachputzen wie bei herkömmlicher Wärmeleitpaste.Gute Temperaturen – In meinem Setup war die Kühlleistung vergleichbar mit hochwertiger Paste (z. B. Kryonaut), teilweise sogar 1–2 °C besser bei Last.Langzeitfähig – Trocknet nicht aus und muss nicht regelmäßig erneuert werden, ideal für Builds, die lange unberührt laufen sollen.Was man wissen sollte:Das Sheet ist extrem dünn und empfindlich – wer es falsch anfasst oder beim Zuschneiden zu unvorsichtig ist, riskiert Risse.Es ist elektrisch leitfähig, also Vorsicht beim Auflegen – unbedingt sauber und exakt arbeiten, sonst besteht Kurzschlussgefahr.Nicht wiederverwendbar – Wenn man den Kühler einmal abnimmt, ist meist ein neues Sheet nötig.Fazit:Für alle, die ein sauberes, langlebiges Setup suchen, ist das KryoSheet eine richtig gute Lösung mit Profi-Charakter. Aber es ist kein Produkt für Hektiker oder Bastler, die ständig umbauen – hier ist Sorgfalt Pflicht. Wer das beachtet, bekommt eine moderne, leistungsstarke Alternative zur Paste.

      Würde ich mir jedes Mal wieder holen. Für mich ein top Produkt wenn man recht unkompliziert eine top Kühlung erreichen will ohne alle paar Monate die Paste abkratzen zu müssen. Das sheet lässt sich einfach anbringen und erfüllt seinen Zweck. Habe mir das Sheet für meinen neuen AM5 Build geholt und bin sehr zufrieden.Wer sowieso häufig den Prozessor wechselt sollte evtl. aus Kosten Gründen auf Wärmeleitpaste setzen!

      Das KryoSheet ersetzt die Wärmeleitpaste und macht die Montage des Kühlers zum Kinderspiel fast ohne Risiko. Für mich ab jetzt – sofern der Kühler nicht ab Werk Paste aufgetragen hat – nur noch diese Alternative.Als jemand der gerne bastelt, aber eine Zwangsneurose hat, ist die Montage eines CPU-Kühlers etwas furchtbares: Habe ich auch wirklich Paste aufgetragen? War es genug oder zu wenig? War das Muster richtig oder hätte ich lieber doch verstreichen sollen? Habe ich den Kühler auch wirklich gerade aufgesetzt? Ist die Schicht jetzt auch gleichmäßig? Ein HORROR, der schon zu oft dazu geführt hat, dass ich den Kühler sicherheitshalber noch mal abgenommen habe.Jetzt muss man eigentlich nur aufpassen, dass man das KryoSheet passend bestellt, sauber auflegt und es nicht verrutscht, was sofort auffallen würde. TOP. Nie wieder ohne!

      Bei der Handhabung muss man extrem vorsichtig sein, da das Grafitpad schnell bricht.Ansonsten sehr gute Kühlleistung. Es tut genau was es soll und ersetzt gut Wärmeleitpaste.Unbedingt nur daraf achten, dass es genau für die Größe des Chips passt. Wenn überschüssige Ecken herrausstehen, können sie brechen und die krümmel sich auf der platine oder gar am Ballgrid unterhalb des Chips sammeln…. und wie die Meisten vielleicht wissen, Grafit ist leitend.

      This should be the new standard for CPU cooling I’m using it on My Ryzen 9 9950X and Ryzen 9800X3D with Noctua NH-D15 G1 and Noctua NH-D15 G2 the temps are so great probably 2c to 3c degrees lower than a standard quality thermal paste.Pros:- No more thermal paste mess- easy to use- Covers the entire CPU perfectly AM5 CPUs are 33cmx33cm- You don’t need to change it or clean it or replace it it’s stays there as long as you wish unlike thermal paste- Reusable just be careful when taking it off.Cons:* Be Careful when handling it the material is fragile so handle it with care.* Electrically Conductive “Nothing to worry about unless you are blind and put it somewhere else other than on top of your CPU lol”* Expensive “kinda worth it for me, but understandable”100% Recommened over thermal paste.

      ペラペラの紙に見えるが、これがよく熱を通す。CPU周りが、汚れない。ただ、CPUと水枕等の接地が均等ならよく熱を通します。接地面に隙間が出来るようなら、シリコングリス等が良いかも。
