A3: The high-frequency vibration sound during cleaning is normal. Using the cleaning basket with the lid on and placing the unit on the floor or a heavy workbench can help reduce noise. Staying a short distance away during operation can also improve your experience.

A4: Warm water with a mild neutral cleaning solution is recommended to remove grease, dust, and other contaminants efficiently. Avoid strong acids, alkalis, or flammable liquids, as they can damage the device or create hazards. Start with warm water and gradually increase the temperature to the desired range.

A5: The indicated capacity is for reference only, to help distinguish model sizes. For actual use, fill water according to the inner tank's water level line to ensure optimal ultrasonic performance and secure operation.
