Q: What is the thickness of the ladder suitable for floor mounting?
A: When installing on a wooden floor, the recommended thickness is more than 50mm. When installing on a concrete floor, the recommended thickness is more than 80mm. When installing on an iron base, the recommended thickness is more than 5mm to ensure better traction of the snap ring mount.
Q: Is it enough to secure the ladder only with buckles?
A: The ladder is made of aluminum alloy with high load-bearing capacity. The extended base increases the contact area with the ground, so that the ladder provides stable support while taking stability and portability into account.
Q: Can the height of the ladder be adjusted?
A: The ladder is not adjustable, but you can choose between 3, 4 and 5 step ladders depending on the depth of the water surface. In addition, we also have fold-up and retractable ladders for you to choose from.
