The highest adjustable temperature of our product is 1150 degrees Celsius, which is monitored every 2 seconds without overheating or cooling.
【HEAT-RESISTANT DESIGN】 – Uses heat-resistant and useful insulation materials. Radially arranged heating elements are fully functional and produce a uniform temperature distribution in the melting crucible. High performance and effective insulation ensure that the required melting temperature is reached quickly.
【INSULATION GRID & TONGS】 – Insulation grids prevent accidental contact with the heating chamber. The melting crucible is equipped with a melting clamp which fits into the groove around the crucible head, allowing you to use the hot melt crucible safely.
【EXTENSIVE USAGE SCENARIO】 – When the gold melting furnace runs without a crucible(with the cover on), it can reach more than 1000 degrees Celsius in about 12-20 minutes; When the crucible is placed, it needs 20-30 minutes to reach that degrees. This furnace using premium materials can meet industry and workshops’ requirements, which are suitable for processing precious metals such as gold, silver, and copper.
