Delivery Time:
- For goods in international warehouses: 5–7 business days.
- For goods in the office warehouse: 1–2 business days.
- For free pick-up of goods shipped from international warehouses: 5–12 business days.
- For goods shipped from international warehouses and delivered to a parcel machine: 5–12 business days.
Processing Time: 1–2 business days
- Oversized product: Over 274 cm in any single dimension or more than 419 cm in perimeter.
- Heavy product: Over 30 kg in net weight. Shipping for these items typically takes 10–15 business days.

Due to the current global situation, fluctuating fuel prices and the increased operational costs faced by our carrier partners, in rare cases delivery may take up to 20 days.
We work closely with our logistics partners and do everything we can to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. The vast majority of orders arrive within the timeframes listed above — delays of this kind are the exception rather than the rule.
