Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to VEVORshop! All our products come with a 12-month warranty and can be returned for free within 30 days of delivery for approved reasons! The same warranty applies to replacement products. Please contact us if you have any problems!

How to Return and Get a Refund/Replacement?

  1. Step 1: Please contact our VEVORshop customer service (Contact Us) and provide the reason along with the necessary pictures or videos to verify your order issue.
  2. Step 2: Our customer service team will investigate and offer a solution based on our policy.
  3. Step 3: Once both parties reach an agreement, our customer service team will provide the return information
    (Note: Do not send your return to the sender's address on your package).
  4. Step 4: Return the product (if required). Once our warehouse receives the return, our customer service team will process the refund or replacement. You will receive your refund within 2-14 business days, depending on your card issuer.

1. Reasons Supporting Free Return

Return Reason Note
DOA (Dead on Arrival) You can reject it directly if it is confirmed damaged.
Wrong item sent Please provide clear pictures of the item, the SKU/PN number, and all shipping labels on the package.
Doesn't match the description Please provide some photos to show the problem.
Quality issues Please provide pictures or videos to verify the issue.
Missing parts Please provide pictures or videos to verify the issue.

Note: For the above situations, please contact us with necessary pictures or videos. Once verified, we will offer a suitable solution.

2. Reasons Not Supporting Free Return

Arrived too late VEVORshop will not offer free returns if the delivery is delayed due to reasons out of our control.
Don’t want/need/like it Buyer will bear the cost of return and restocking fees.
Does not meet expectations Buyer will bear the cost of return and restocking fees.
Without manual or non-standard manual Contact us for an electronic or video manual.
User’s error Any damage caused by user’s misoperation will not be covered.

3. How Long Does It Take to Receive My Refund?
