      Dieser Portionierer ist ein “Must Have” für mein Tefal-Kombi-Gerät, das viele verschiedene Leckereien backen kann. Mit einem Löffel die einzelnen Formen zu treffen, ohne das alles überläuft, ist schier unmöglich. Die Verarbeitung des Portionierers ist gut, der Händler äußerst nett.

      Ich mache zur Weihnachtszeit immer Pralinen mit Hohlkörpern. Mit dem Gerät statt einer Spritze mache ich weniger bis fast keine Matzerei beim Einfüllen. Ist auch bei flüssiger Kuvertüre oder sogar Wasser dicht.

      Hatte zuerst Bedenken, dass der Pancake-Teig zu dickflüssig sein könnte, hat sich dann aber als bedenkenlos herausgestellt.Es sind genügend Aufsätze dabei, so dass alle Konsistenzen berücksichtigt sind.Exakte Dosierung ist ebenso möglich, sollte doch mal ein Tropfen unten hängen bleiben, sammelt sich der bequem in der kleinen Auffangschale.Und den Kindern macht es auch noch Spaß :-)Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es, weil man den Trichter nicht komplett zerlegen kann, die Mechanik innen bleibt als ganzes und muss so komplett in die Spülmaschine, mal sehen, wie oft das dann gut geht.
