Who we are

SIA EDIGO is a Latvian limited liability company with its store and office at Ganību dambis 25E in Riga. We started VEVORshop.lv to give European buyers a straightforward way to order VEVOR products from a company inside the EU: one currency, VAT included in every price, no customs paperwork and a local team that answers the phone. We are an independent reseller of the VEVOR brand. Our catalogue holds more than 20,000 products, from welding machines, compressors and hydraulic tools to kitchen equipment, garden machinery, trailers and camping gear. Alongside VEVOR we carry a selection of other brands where they fit the same kind of customer: people who need solid equipment at a fair price.

How we work

Ordering from VEVORshop.lv is meant to be uneventful. You choose a product, pay in euro with VAT already included, and we take care of everything between the checkout and your door. Most orders reach any address in the EU within 3 to 7 business days, delivery is free in the majority of the countries we serve, and every order comes with a proper EU VAT invoice issued by SIA EDIGO. Business customers can supply their VAT number at checkout. Behind the shop is a small team in Riga that handles this kind of equipment every day. We pay attention to what customers order, what they ask about and what comes back, and we use that to decide which products to carry and how to describe them honestly. If you are in Latvia, you are welcome to collect your order at our store on Ganību dambis free of charge, or stop by to see the products we keep in stock locally before you decide. If something goes wrong, you deal with us, not with a call centre on another continent. Our customer service handles questions, returns and warranty claims in English and Latvian by email and phone on working days.

Prices include VAT, no surprises

Every price on the site is the final price in euro with VAT included. Goods ship from inside the EU, so there are no import duties, customs fees or courier handling charges on arrival.

Free delivery to most EU countries

Shipping is free to Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, France, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovenia and Slovakia. Finland and Croatia are free for parcels up to 30 kg. Ireland, Bulgaria and Greece have a small flat fee shown at checkout.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return a product. Returns for damaged, faulty, wrong or incomplete items are free. Full details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.

12-month warranty

Every product carries a 12-month warranty, and the same warranty applies to any replacement we send. Warranty claims are handled by our own customer service, with repair, replacement or refund depending on the case.

Secure payment

Pay by card, PayPal or bank transfer through our payment providers. Card details never pass through our servers. Business customers can request an invoice for payment by transfer.

Customers in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia

At home in the Baltics we deliver with Omniva, Venipak, SmartPosti and Unisend parcel lockers and couriers, or you can visit our store at Ganību dambis 25E in Riga to see products and collect orders in person. The store is available in Latvian, Lithuanian, Estonian and Russian, and our products are also listed on the 220.lv and Pigu.lt marketplaces.
